Special act marriage (registered)

Hi I am a hindu and I got married to Christian guy under the special act (register marriage) basically he brainwashed me into the marriage. I had just turned 18 when we got married. We have 20 years of age difference. We never stayed under the same roof and now after 10 years I want to get out of this mess. Please let me know the right way to proceed.
Please specify weather you and your spouse are agreeable for a divorce?
If yes then you could file a petition u/s 28 together.
If contested, you will have to file a petition u/s 27 seeking divorce on various grounds
