madam you have to file a case for custody of child under the guardian and wards act, and you have to establish and prove to the court that you are capable to look after the child. even to file for interim custody of child.

hi you could file a petition for visitation rights if they are not allowing to see the child and that you could also file a petition for granting custody petition in concerned court to grant custody as you are natural mother
