So what really she whant a divorce after 13 years together. She fall in love with a young man 12 years younger, anyway.Behind this we in still process waiting for oath ceremony. If I fule for divorce she and I and our children loose citizenship?nOr if she file for divorce?nOr if she or I file for separation?nDo we gonna loose citizenship? nI'm the the 1 who won greencard and they got because we get married.So she told me that I wanted divorce long time ago, so why do I have to wait to give here citizenship? nShould I report right now uscis to deny her citizenship?nHow about myself il loose to?

hello client as i can see your issue need an urgent attention tht is the situation . as you have mentioned tht your wife wants divorce from you due to her affair with other person in this matter as you are the main reason to get the for green card process then why are you passing this benifits to your wife who wants divorce in my view tht you should take legal steps to get seperated otherwise in future it may be a big issue for you and your childrens as well you should file case grom now itself.

Whether you will lose your citizenship or not depends on the exact nature of circumstances and if any allegations are levelled against you by your wife. You should get an exhaustive and proper legal opinion before approaching any authority for cancellation of her green card as it might have a ripple effect and even be bad for you.
