slowly slowly time passes he used to come once in a year for a month

Hi all, i am married since 6 years having two kids and living in joint family of 10 people my in-laws, my jeth jethani and their two kids me my husband and our two kids ,since starting of marriage his family was after me back bitching in small small things were filled in his mind and either his parents or his siblings who are elders and married keep on brain washing him and making him against me in any way .but specially my jethani used abusive language and she has love marriage and belongs to rich family so always showed me down always.recenly on 1st feb one incident has happen My sister inlaw and brother in law (jeth jethani) hitted me and make me injured there was blood clot in my right eye and fracture in my finger swelling in my face.Later on they said sorry and said they will leave this house soon on 17 they left this house Now i am asking my husband to come and take me kids to his country but he is blamimg me and saying he will give divorce but i am emotionally shattered now .
