Slapping on the shoulder during normal circumstance

My husband said he has a pain in his hand so he came to show me that and when I tried to press his finger, he immediately gave a tight slap on my shoulder and left the room. When I started crying and asked why did you do that, he said if you do that next time I will hit you on your face. He becomes very aggressive on me and he said it was okay for him to slap me like that. My shoulder went frozen for a while with that tight slap. Last time during fight he made a dent on wall too. When I cry he does not even come close tome, it just been 5 month since our marriage, he keeps calling me fucking stupid crazy to make issue out of one slap.

Well, you should give Medicine of his own dose, each and every time he hits you, you hit him back in Self Defense. If he becomes upset with you because of this and parallely he is not showing love, affection towards you. No Sympathy for your injury. Divorce him

if u feel that you are not comfortable with him u can give him divorce if u want and party your ways you can go for mutual divorce if u want to do it peacefully and if he agrees for the same and if he doesnt want to do that then u can file divorce one sided on cruelty ground and get divorce u can also claim maintenance of permanently alimony if u want to

If things are not working dear, then try to find out the reasons for that. If you find it's not your mistake and you can move ahead with certain legal action by filing criminal application as per the provisions of domestic violence Act.
