Sir.. my wife not giving divorce at any cost..I have filed divorce case..my wife had filed section 9 and got decree..then I filed appeal against this...my wife filed dv .. and judge award 18000 as a rent..I have filed appeal against this..then I filed permanent injunction against her.. but case was dismissed... kindly give advice for this...and I think divorce case will be dismissed... because I don't have any strong evidence against my wife

where u had filed the case and where u had filed the appeal and can I see all documents to advice you better. without proper document no one can advise it is essential to chalk out further course of action.

No matter if your wife has succesful in her section 9 case you have every right to get divorce even without wasting your time on appeal. You have file divorce case before the competent court. Nobcourt can force you to live with your wife without your will. Well for maintenance or other amounts you have the right to file appeal. Snd for divorce case you will be succesfull in getting the decree proved in your favor only and only if you are succesfull in proving the harrasment cruelty caused by your wife on you. Be calm and you can contsct me for legal opinion
