But I don't want divorce so I send the reply notice also I like to stay with you I don't want divorce I like that I replied from him I didn't get any answer so shall I put demostic violance act because I have daughter if I fill this case any problems with me and my husband

It is very hard for the husband to get divorce so easily. You have to appear and contest the Divorce case if your husband files in future. In the meanwhile you can file Domestic violence case and claim maintenance for yourself and your daughter.
