Since there is an RcR decree with him he can apply for divorce

Now that rcr decree is obtained by him in his state he sent legal notice saying he will apply for divorce along with loss of marriage expense which he spent also 50lac as permanent alimony I have applied divorce in my state before rcr decree because when I had went to attend the hearing he used to threaten us so I stopped going and applied for divorce in my state wh still in progress So can he apply there for another divorce and demand money like this.If he's applying there will it affect me

Whethe the rnotice from the court case that has file is the server on you andif yes have you been place to expiry in that case use something that you have to find out, because that becoms binding on you. when was it that the decree RCR was passed in his favour ? He can apply for divorce if the judgement in RCR case is not obeyed. ,

firstly you file an appeal against the RCR and get it restored, secondly you can get the RCR appeal transferred to your state by filing transfer petition before the supreme court, further if he applies for divorce in his state you can get that stayed and transferred to your state by filing a transfer petition, further after getting a rcR decree he has to wait for one year and if there is no cohabitation then he can apply for divorce on ground of RCR decree.

Dear Madam, You may prefer appeal against RCR Decree along with Divorce applied papers and request the High Court to remand back the matter to the Trial Court. It seems RCR was decreed ex-parte the husband is not entitled for any alimony under any circumstances.
