Already a divorce petition been rolled by my wife in court in delhi , i been stabbed by knife - boys sended acrossed by by my wife and her loved ones in banglore city and been told not to go to Police station as tbey will kill me so i didnt walked that day . i just need to know can i file a petition against my wife and loveones in delhi as incident happened in banglore and i have no clue where she escaped as she keeps police ,law and ministry in her pocket. i called police 2wice . honest to you i dont want her to escape as she misusing the law and power and boys and making fun of word LOVE...

In this regard, you can very well right and report the incidence being at Delhi but for the investigation you might have to go Banglore for sometime. It is advisable to report the said incidence to police station and moreover take evidence and supporting which file a counter divorce petition on the basis of the incident of assault.
