Should I takeBAIL FOR NRI IN CASE OF FALSE FIRSn498A and also 354B

Sir , I am an NRI . My wife has managed to file a false FIR under section 498A and also 354B apart from 406, 313 etc. after I filed divorce due to her no response for 15 months separation . Should I go for ANTICIPATARY bail as a look out notice for me has also been issued .
Yes u should apply for anticipatory bail as all the cases regarding 498A are being falsely filled before the police and high courts are taking them very seriously .There are recent judgements regarding those also .U should at the same time file for quashing of FIR under 482 also .Contact me for help
