No don't sign the documents for first motion of mutual consent divorce as it will b difficult for you to get back stridhan n other articles from in-laws...plz make sure it is incorporated in the petition or else tomorrow it will b taken against u..

if you don't want any article than you can sign the First motion of HMA for Divorce other than there is any dowry is still with him or you want it than it will not a good to sign a HMA Petition. however it depends upto you how you want to deal with it because the First Motion is file then there is statement is recorded by the party.

You should first draft a settlement agreement and on that basis first motion shall prevail.
In that agreement it has to be written the terms as to when will he return the articles.
You should not sign the first motion as it is becuase afterwards you will loose your right to claim those articles

You should not sign the 1st motion until unless your husband agrees to give all the dowry articles. Please ask your mediator to make a point stating your husband to pay dowry articles (whatever you both have agreed) before so N so date. And in case you sign it, ask your husband to give dowry articles before second motion. If he doesn't then mention the same in front of Hon'ble judge. He will have to give dowry articles if he wants this divorce to happen.
