She requested to the court club the both cases together and solve it

My wife filed sec9, I filed sec13 1 ia. Court counseling failed. I am not ready to continue with her. Both submitted proofs within the same court. She requested to the court club the both cases together and solve the issue ASAP. I have signed that document. Is there any problem for that? or they doing mind game?

If there's no scope of living together then rather than stretching the relationship you should go with mutual divorce because it's cost effective and ends up in a maximum of six months. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

aapne sahi kya hai but aapki wife kya chahti hai kya wo sath mai rahna chahti hai now you have already signed that documents. there is no issue but you have to go again for counseling. your matter solve in the mediation center.

yes your wife's case will be decided by the court first. you should have consulted with your advocate. one should be alert in the court while executing any document. call me for anything else for your case

There will be no issue because both the cases will be tried together and it will help both of you to get the decision asap. Moreover, if Section 9 for restitution and divorce under Sec 13(1)(ia) decide by the same court, it would be better.
