Q: Execution for payment in DV ACT
Employer hold my payment after resignation from service through MM courts order of second execution without giving me any notice or any documents in maintenance and alimony matter even first execution is running which is going to completed in next hearing.

you u will have to file an Revision petition against the order in hon'ble session court. or you can also file Review in the same MM Court. both execution for same cause is I think not maintainable. you should contact us for further suggestion.

aapne sahi kya hai but aapki wife kya chahti hai kya wo sath mai rahna chahti hai now you have already signed that documents. there is no issue but you have to go again for counseling. your matter solve in the mediation center.
