Shall I provide proofs to lawyer

One of the most important prof in WhatsApp my lawyer asked to give print of it but my lawyer asked to delete contact and make sure only phone number reflect on top instead of name of the person in WhatsApp chat. Shall I do delete and submit prints to my lawyer?

Yes you can give it . Delete the save name only and save with number to show and prove that particular massage came from particular phone that belongs to your husband to prove that whatever is written in manage is his massage only.

as it is necessary to prove that the phone number belongs to him and through this number he has messaged you, it will help you to prove your case, but if you give a print out with a name it will be difficult for you to prove as the name will be saved on your mobile as you have inserted the name and they may take a defence that it is not reflecting his number and hence it is not he who has sent the messages or had communication with you.

Dear Sir, If you are comfortable and believe your Advocate just obey his instructions. He is like your family doctor otherwise get NOC and change the lawyer. It might have advised like that to protect your interest which he need not disclose or discuss with you as some Advocates not ready to disclose their defences even to their clients.
