Severa Desease not informe while marriage

I got married last year through matrimonial site & not informed me about several disease about my wife which she suffered from 10 years like anxiety disorder, bruxism & now she rasied dowry case on me in ghaziabad court as she belongs to that area & living separate from 5 months & pressurizing me to live together at rental home near by her maternal home for which i am not agree. Please suggest me shall i file separate case in delhi court as i am delhi resident for cheat 420 case along with divorce petition or not ? Should i ask court to apply penalty on them ? as i have complete medical file of her of last 10 years from reputed hospital

yes, you can file for divorce along with mental harrasment and u can also make request for change the territorial jurisdiction. both option availble for forge case in delhi also u can file at ur home court such that delhi call me for more info

In case one year has not completed for your marriage then you can go for annulment of the said marriage since the matter is of the marriage was based on fraud and the clear medical condition of your wife was not informed to you in case one year has passed then you can go ahead for a divorce quality that you have been suffering due to these medical conditions of your wife plus or false dowry demands since you have lost it added together at your matrimonial home in Delhi you can file a divorce case in Delhi in the appropriate court or any further enquiries in free to call you may not be entitled for any compensation and a complaint under 420 will also be not a good case go for a divorce or annulment is my advice

Yes you can successfully file a divorce and cheating case from your place of residence. It will create a pressure on her also. And if have got all the medical stuffs then it will be easy for you to get divorce and also win the 420 case in which the court can give you compensation or even impose penalties upon her and her family.
