Could you please elaborate as to where these papers were made. Did you get the separation order from the court of law or thru some agreement. Better particulars are required to advise you better on this issue

When and where were these papers executed? Did the same has sanction and backing of a Court? Why separation for migration? Where are you located presently? Further and better particulars are needed for an effective opinion.
