Marriage not yet registered , but married according to Hindu religion.how can get separated without registration of marriage .

okay i understand your question marriage not register it is not mandatory to take divorce so now you have to fileb divorce case on the bassess of your maariage card marriage photos and your I'd only court required documents so if you need i will do it contact me thank you

There’s no requirement of a registration certificate for availing a divorce. You need your marriage card, marriage photo, address proof. You have an option of mutual divorce and a contested divorce. Do let me know how I can assist further.

Dear Madam, Registration of Marriage is not compulsory however divorce and judicial separation are necessary under the provisions of Hindu Marriage Act. You may approach Family Court through Advocate and get file mutual divorce or contesting divorce.
