Separated or divorce !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am separated from my husband since last 4 years and live in a different city and don't have any contact with him .....Can I get divorce in automation as per law as I am in separation for last 4 years???

dear client as per your query since you both are living apart and don't want to live together you can apply for divorce as divorce is of two types mutua divorce l in which both parties agree and contested divorce in which only one party agrees...

yup you can, but i suggest you forutual divorce as because it is not time consuming as one sided divorce. mutual divorce will have its decree in between 18 months from the date of filing where one sided divorce will take atleast 3-4 years to be fulfilled.

you can very well take divorce before opting it if you intend to take alimony as supportive maintenance which a court allows and you have every right to it and moreover it is pertinent to accept you have to maintain yourself
