My name is Kiran Kumar , I'm staying abroad from past 11 years, I visit India to meet my wife and son yearly twice . From past Few years my wife is continuously asking for a legal divorce. She was already a divorce lady with one Girl child when our marriage happened 15 Years ago. Still I convinced my family for our marriage. After Marriage I got a job in Qatar and She refused to stay with me in Qatar and Went back to India Bangalore . I'm Paying house rent and all her expanse .

if you or she is not interested in continuing the married life better to go for mutual consent divorce, further if you do not agree she may file other cases such as maintenance, divorce and domestic violence against you and your family in order to see that you agree for settlement of divorce by mutual consent, or if you are not ready for divorce legally you can file for restitution of conjugal rights case.
