Sending mail to husband's office to take action against him on account

My wife has filed a 498a case against me and my family members. She also sent an email to my company's top management and HRs to take action against me on the basis of allegedly sexually, mentally, and physically torturing her. I have that email with me, can it be counted as currently against a husband and can I use it for my 498a case and 125 cases to gain some advantage?

firstly you tel us what you want. ? in your 498a case till magistrate not declared you guilty you not a criminal. it's a family disputes not show you a offender. you need to defend your case with good lawyer. and also deal with your wife what actually she want.

Yes you may. It won't make a huge difference to the 125 CrPC Maintenance Case in my view. It is the financial status(es) that decide the same.
Please approach the High Court under Section 482 to quash and set aside the 498A FIR against you.
