My husband is not taking any responsibilities and hiding everything .Where he stay his work money family everything. We have 5years girl I'm staying all alone with kid and financially I cannot afford. What should I do now
situation like this you can file two cases one is for maintenance MC for you and your chaild including educational and medical expenses and another is restitution of conjugal rights RCR in concerned jurisdictional court.
