My ex-wife and I are already divorced in the USA, but now she has lodged a complaint under Section 498A, accusing my family of harassment and dowry demands. hello,you people already divorced in USA ? tell me one thing any agreement or MOA signed between both of you,firstly we will go high court and file one petition regarding non appearances of accused person in the court later we will fight the case there are some laws when you divorced in another place.

hi first need to see the contents of the FIR which is registered against you and family members and after going through it you could file quash petition in high court against such allegations and that the allefgations mentioned in FIR are false

When you have divorced in USA, is there any other cases filed or only 498-A do you have any children brief information your not mentioned so we want complete details it is purely matrimonial cases so it’s better to talk near advocate
