Seeking mutual divorce from husband-unconssumated marriage.guide.
02-May-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I am 31 years old woman. Married for 3+years. So far the marriage has been unconsummated because of husband's impotency. We have taken medical help and had been through many counseling sessions, but situation has remained the same. Need legal advice on how to proceed with a legal divorce. How much time does the separation take and if there is a way to expedite the process.
Hi...on the ground mentioned by u we can apply for divorce. If both the parties to the marriage are ready then you go for mutual consent by that you can get the divorce by six months if not you have to file contested divorce petition but it will take more time.
Thank you
Thank you
Dear Madam,
You may file divorce case claiming for divorce as well huge compensation as he played a fraud on you since he is impotent. You will win the case since marriage not resulted in consummation. You will get huge compensation as alimony.
