Seeking legal guidance for divorce, prolonged separation

03-May-2025 (In Divorce Law)
My husband doubted and defamed me within six months of marriage, causing emotional distress. Frequent arguments impacted our professional lives. We’ve lived separately for three years without any marital relationship. He refuses divorce and makes no effort to reconcile. If I stay silent, he remains idle; if I ask for divorce, he insists on living together without change. I seek legal advice to end this painful, stagnant situation and move on with dignity.

hi if he is frequently arguing and creating trouble them you could send him notice for divorce and if he is not listening then you could file petition for divorce on grounds of cruelty physical amd mental and could obtain other reliefs
