Seeking legal advise for filing a divorce against my husband
09-Apr-2025 (In Divorce Law)
I have been married for last 25 years. My marriage has always been a compromised one with top level extremities which has included even included physical abuse etc. He has never taken up any of my responsibilities and for our daughter he has given half of it, that to be after consideration . Since ages we have got no conjugal life and truly speaking I have no emotional connect left for him. He is currently stationed at Pune with his mom and I am in Kolkata with my daughter.
