DIVORCE can be taken only on the valid grounds It's ok, if you want to take divorce. Whatever the minor facts you have shared till now, you can initiate legal proceedings against them for speedy divorce. also do not stay together for 12 months else Legally won't be possible. Regards

I have seen your query carefully and found that if your husband is not ready to give you divorce on mutual consent basis then you can send him a legal notice for giving written consent for mutual consent basis divorce otherwise face the consequences. if he has not given consent then you have to file a police complaint against your husband and other inlaws for dowry demand and harrassment before the concerned police station and also file a petition under section 12 of domestic violence Act. thereafter you can file a petition under section 13A Hindu Marriage Act for contesting divorce. you can contact me for detailed information. please contact me
