Section 9 case filed by me , 15 days later wife files 498 A Case

Hi My wife has hardly lived 3 months with me and my family and for last 1.5 years living with her parents. She came once in last 6 months fought with everyone and went away again. She doesnot wants to live like a wife doesnot wants to build any physical relationship. She lives in patna and i live in delhi with my parents.She has files Section 406, 498A, 307& 384.
She has taken al jewellery all her stuff.
I had filed RCR section 9 which is still going on and had 1hearing so far, My wife on other hand had filed these cases 15 days after she got notice for rcr .I came to know it from a Lawyer in Viashali court patna .She has not sent me notice to my home address and 2 hearings have already passed. How should i go about it

if your wife register a case under section 498A,406,307,384,34 I.P.C against you and your family then you grant anticipatery bail from concerned district court and one another domestic volinanc case from the side of your mother against the your wife .

hello as you are saying tht you have been laready implicatedin several cases by her in patna .she never lived with you in delhi with you. even she do not wish to have physicak relarionship with you in this conditions you should immidatelly counter ur cases by filling fresh cases against your wife which can be filled in delhi as per advicae of ur advocate. and transpher the patna cases to delhi.

See as per your query what I have understood is that you and your wife are not living together from past 1 1/2 year so there cannot be any chance of section 498 a because you're not living together both are living separately in Delhi and Patna. So to make other things clear I want to know about The series of events that happened between you and your wife after the marriage to help you in this Case. I think the case has been filed against you Is basically to harass you.
