I heard if wife write in the petition she has given dowry ..in that case NGO can file complaint/case against wife ? is it true ?

hello client your query is write but in the matter as you are willing in this case no NGO IS REQUIRED you are capable of filling the case by yourself only as the word dowery is itseld defined as crime so the things as giving and taking of dowery both ate crime.
