Section 23 a of Hindu marriage act

My question is that my husband has filed for divorce in agra which was ordered exparte and I had appealed in high court. But I want to file a new petition under 23a of hindu marriage act. Where can I file the petition. At my place or at the place where order had been passed Thanks

on the above mentioned query you can file a petition under section 23a Hindu Marriage Act from the city where your maternal house aur where are you residing at present in the concerned Court .

This will have to be file at the place where the order has been passed. Prefer an application under order 9 rule 13 to get rhe exparte divorce proceedings reopened. This should be your strategy. Seek help from an expert matrimonial lawyer
