Section 11 Nulity of marriage girl was married before marriage

Girl was married before marriage and didn't get legal divorce from first husband. After it she married me by declaring herself unmarried.
you can ask your wife to file a civil declaration suit to declare her first marriage null and void and declare it dissolved.
most important if you wife does not get the first marriage dissolved she can be punished for bigamy and cheating

You can file case under section 11 of hindu marriage act for annulment of marriage in family court on the ground that your wife has already married at the time of your marriage. For this ground you have to produce proof before court for getting divorce.
