Hello... Divorce by mutual consent me dono husband and wife rahenge tab hi proceedings badhegi... Ni to pehle adjournments hongi fir uske baad divorce dismiss...Agar ek party intentionally ni aa raha tab uske upar kuch karyawahi ho sakti hain...By filing a writ petition or an application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. agar wo jan bujh kar divorce avoid karna chah raha hain tab... For more information you can call/text me... Thank You...

Hello... Mutual consent divorce me dono parties ki presence jaruri hain...ek bhi party ni aayi to divorce allow ni hogi aur agla date lag jayega...Dates adjourn hoti rahengi lekin divorce allow ni hoga...jyada dates lagengi tab petition dismiss hone k bhi chance hain... Aur jankari k liye call kare... Thank You...
