Second Marriage Registration Without Giving Divorce

Hi am planning to marry my childhood friend,what are the legal issues I have to face if I gone through with second marriage with registration without giving divorce to first wife. Is this be considered with legal issues because me and my childhood friend were government employees. We are planning to Marriage through register marriage. Please suggest needful solution
unless until your existing marriage is in existence, the matter of second marriage doesn't aroses. if you strongly want to go for second marriage, you should obtain divorce from your existing wife with ressonble grounds.
if you go for registration of marriage with your childhood friend, you are liabile for bigamy and will be prosecuted. your authorities initiate straighten action against you.
