Its my second divorce,will i get alimony from my husband ..he us not working he is mentally unstable but his father has some investments done in his name.if i file case in mumbai n he files in udupi then i shall notgo to udupi court na
if he files case in udupi, then you will have to get the case transferred . so, it will be better if you make the first move and go ahead with filing of the case. You can get alimony but the amount will depend on the financial condition of your husband
