sir, I GOT DIVORCED IN 2024 , MY EX WIFE HAS FILED IPC 498a,323,406 CASE. ALL FAMILY MEMBERS NAME STRUCKED OUT, CHARGSHEET AGAINST ME FILED AND I APPROACH HIGH COURT FOR QUASHING IT, STAYED BY H.C . EX- WIFE HAS FILED COMPLAINT CASE IN 156/3 STATING THAT PREVIOUS ANY F.I.R IN 406 NOT REGISTERED IN STATEEMENT U/S 200. AND DISTRICT JUDGE HAS TAKEN COZNIGANCE PASSED ORDER FOR FALSE STATEMENTS AND FOR TRIAL U/S 340 , NOW LOWER COURT IS RUNNING TRIAL IN IPC 406 , PLS TELL SHALL I MOVE HC .

hi ap kaha se ho starting se matter kya h or kon kon se cases chal raha h shadi kb hui h cases kab se chal raha hai kis Court mein chal raha hai aap kahan se Hain aapki wife kahan se Hain shaadi kab hui thi bacche hain ya nahin side detail share Karen

Hello you should move to high court as soon as possible for quashing the proceedings..... it is the law that no person shall be prejudiced for the same offence twice.... hence this present case is liable for quashing prima facie.... you should come to Allahabad high court..... for more query you may call thank you
