Saving the investment from wife since she is cheating and can leave

I have no trust on my wife because she will leave me any time since she is cheating to me. In case of divorce come up to my wife how do I save my investments from her. I am currently having no siblings and staying with my daughter[minor], with mother who is widow & with my wife. Currently my mother is the owner of house & few investments of my late dad, after his death.
Hello! Looking at the facts which are not clearly mentioned, which needs to be discussed to find a way out, but I can suggest you to file a divorce petition alleging that your wife has an affair, compelling to revoke all her rights on your house and your investments.

Whether your wife has job? Has she given you any intimation that she is willing to get divorce? Is she living with you? She h as no right in your father's property. but if she is not earning she can get alimony from Court

In order to save your Investments, try to get Divorce from her as soon as possible by proving in Court, that, your Wife earns more amount of Income than you & as such, she should maintain you rather than you maintaining her. And as such, it is your right to get Maintenance from her.
