Save property from daughter-in-law

I just wanted to take precaution to save property from daughter-in-law. All property are in my name except one property. Someone is advising me to disown a son by putting a notice on public newspaper. what other precaution we can take?

hello client as i can see tou issue is very much sesitive i accept it is a sensitive issue in this matter first i need to knw what are the cases and charges which has been filled agaisnt your son from the side if your daughter in law. as well as whay are the reasons due to whih these conditions are arising in your family . here the Main issue is tht why there is issue in between uour son and your daughter in law . after going through over all situations i will suggest you a beter way.

Hi, You can make the WILL and get it registered if all the property are your self acquired property . As per your version all the property are your self acquired your Daughter in law have no right in the property. You need to explain the status of the property that is not in your name, then only I can guide you in regard to that property. Thanks Ramit Sehrawat Advocate

There are many options by protecting yourself and your property from your daughter in law. if the property is your property then in this world no one can take it from you untill and unless you yourself give it to someone or sell it to someone.
