once she left the husband house then any injury caused afterwards has no meaning also the medical is delayed so immediate cause of injury could be different provoking anybody to use abusive words can't be proven as cruelty

house: Any abusive messages exchanged after the wife has already left the matrimonial home generally cannot be treated as proof of past cruelty. For offences like 498A IPC or domestic violence, the prosecution must show continuous cruelty during cohabitation.
