Rights of my wife in my Property?

I am a Hindu. I have applied for divorce but my wife is contesting it. My wife is a graduate. I have 2 children (4 yrs. & 1 year old). Can my wife has any right in my property which is jointly registered in my name and my mother name?

Wife can not claim as a coparcener of Hindu joint family share in your property.
But she can claim for shared house for residing under Domestic Violence Act.
If property is self acquired by you then she can't claim through your children's.

friend ultimately your wife has absolute right on your property wheather the property by you o r your mother it's no matter .further your children will be successor of your properly too. the righ of your wife will be over after divorce .please contact with me if any probllem.
