Rights Of Daughter In father's Property

My husband bought some properties after marriage but in the name of his mother...He also has some ancestral property...I want to know if my daughter is entitled for any share in those properties?....As for our current flat , we are joint account holders, but there is certain loan amount which still needs to be paid ..How this property will get divided after divorce?
