Right in Property of wife of her in laws

Hi Team,
If the couples aren't staying together for more than 10 years but have not been divorced legally. And husband is not sending any money for wife or his son expenses.
What are the legal options available to claim the same?
Also the husband is now getting share in the property of his father and he doesn't want to share with wife at all.Can wife claim in court for the share as she doesn't have any earning source available?
