Returned my set aside petition u/0 9 rule 7.

Respected Sir"s At councelling stage for non appearence of 2 hrgs, me {Respondent } is set exparte , stage is Petitioner (wife) exparte evidence. hence i filed set aside petition. Yesterday there was hearing ( check and call on), Lawyer didn't come & I was marked absent though i appeared & they Returned my set aside [exparte order] petition u/0 9 rule 7 for 2 mistakes of date & cause title and time given is 1 month and next hrg. is on 20 Jan.2019 . 1.i have doubt that whether they have taken her evidence and hiding. 2.But Yesterday's court dairy and e-court record is "Respondent absent and set aside petition returned 3. Family court is vacant and addl. family court is in-charge judge. 4. How quick i have to resubmit the set aside petition after making corrections. 5. because wife side want order badly , since court is vacant since 6 months & Judge not appointed. 6. now where i should be careful and how to stop exparte order Pls guide me Thank you sirs
