Meri divorce case 30 September 2024 ko file hui thi, aur ab tak 5 hearings ho chuki hain (Dec 2024, Jan, Mar, Apr, July 2025). Meri wife (S.C cat.) sirf ek baar 28 April 2025 ko court mein aayi thi, baaki sabhi dates par absent rahi. Case ab tak (W.S.) stage par hi atka hua hai. Agli sunwai 18 September 2025 ko hai. Main mental disturbed ho rha hu aur chahta hoon ki case ex parte proceed kare. What is the worst she can do against me? and how to safeguard myself?
According to your query your wife is not appearing in your divorce case only she once appeared you can request the court the hon' ble court may proceed ex parte. if court is not doing so then you may approach the High court for the earliest disposal

if she is absent every time. you can request to magistrate for ex party proceedings. You can also come to High Court for expedite this proceedings. High Court will order for time Bound disposal of this case. if she doesn't come, magistrate has to conclude this proceedings in time Bound time as High court ordered.

Agar next date pr vo anhi aati hai to aap judge se bolkr aap case ko e party proceeds kara sakti ho agar uske bad agar judge ex party nh kate h to aap ek application de sakte ho judge ko usme aap likh sakte ho ki kai vo bina kisi reason k bus mentality haras karne k chakkr m file pr nahi aa rahi hai
