Request for Guidance,Divorce case in Hon'ble Court for 5+years, no tr.

Dear Sir/Mam, This is Saisivan from Chennai,Hindu , arranged marriage. I have filled divorce case in the year 2015 on the Grounds of Cruelty. Reasons listed: My Spouse's (Respondent) aggressive behavior of frequent Suicidal/kill threatening for petty things.throw off of 'Mangal sudhra'. Attempt of kidnapping my only Son, attempt to give child adoption fake Police complaints police Professional interference. With hold of my profession/education documents. forgery operating of my mother’s bank locker. accruing my Savings amount even after receiving timely sums, Abuse & throw out of me, my parents & family members from own house (We all staying in rental home now). frequent desertion of matrimonial home etc., Subsequent to my Divorce petition after a year, respondent has filed Domestic violence in other concern court which is said to be fake by legal experts. For past 5years no trial or enquiry is happening in Hon'ble courts. May i plz know the causes for delay in trial & next stage?
