Remedies against my husband and his girlfriend and my in-laws

My husband was having an extra marital affair and then that girl filed a fake rape case against him during the court proceeding that girl changed her statement and denied that he raped her. He is having 3 children from our wedlock and 2 from the affair. Now after 2-3 years of the dismissal of the said case that girl is bothering us and my husband is helping her. What are the remedies are available to me against my husband and that girl. My husband's family has also tortured me and my children for some property matters. Please help.
hello client as i can sèe ur issue is critical in this matter you are having various options tht you are having to sue your husband as well as to tht girl wjo is trying to break your family . in your matter you can file cases against tht girl and agaisnt your husband also but you have to decide tht you nees to fight this fight in what manner then only you can start this fight.

Hello, You have an option to file a complaint under section 12 of the Domestic Violence Act against your husband and in laws for violence and seek separate residence order, restraint orders, maintenance and compensation. Further you have an option to file a divorce petition for cruelty. You can also file a section 125 petition seeking monthly maintenance
