REMARRIAGE CONDITION WITHOUT LEGAL DIVORCE

My Wife is not living with me since last 15 months. Even we don't have any communication. She is with her parents. I want to get married again. How ?

whenever you go for second marriage. it's compulsory divorce with first marriage because in feature problem no other problem create related this matter if any other enquiry please contact me i give you my best knowledge

You need to send her a legal notice on account of such separation and get her view point. if both of you are not living as husband and wife for more than 6 months and are not willing to stay together than we can file for divorce by mutual consent. my team can guide you on the same after you visit my office.

you have no rights remarried. hindu and muslim laws are different. hindu laws has not permit to remarried without first marriage divorce. you firstly filing of divorce suit the court, granted your divorce application. your legally right of remarried.
