Hi
Your wife's children from first marriage cannot claim any share in your property during your life time.
However, they can claim any share of property, that you may wish to gift/ will to your wife and hence you need to plan accordingly if you do not wish to bequeath any of your property to the children from first marriage.

Hi
The children born out of first marriage of the wife cannot claim any share in the property from the husband whom the lady has married vide her second marriage.
However , your property can be claimed by the wife as she will be your legal heir and the children can claim a share of property through their mother.
Inorder to avoid such a situation, you can always write a will or gift the wife the property with life time interest and after the time of your wife, your legal heirs ( brothers, sisters, children of brothers, sister's etc can claim share of your property).
Hope this information is useful.
