Regards reply for divorce case filed by wife

Hi ,nMy wife has filed divorce i was attended , judged asked did you appoint lawyer or not, i said i don't know procedure, they given time to prepare. Later i only went to my wife and her parents staying house and requested that I will give divorce give my assets back. Is it impacts any bad to me.

You can better to contact any advocate to move the case in your favour. Without knowing the procedure of the court case difficult to win your case. I don't know for what purpose you are not appointing an advocate. If you need any legal help please contact me.

what reply you got after your asking for a return of your assets from the parents of your wife ? if they had accepted then you can sign settlement document in the court. If they refuse to return your assets you will have to fight for it in the court. which is your concern now assets or wife ?
