Regarding whether my marriage is valid or not

Hello, I am a Hindu man married a Christian girl in a hindu temple. Is my marriage valid ? Do we need any divorce for remarriage ?
whether before marrying in a Hindu temple did she undergo any ritual of conversion to Hinduism? what rituals were followed in that marriage? weather after that marriage did you both leave as husband and wife for quite some time i? how long you to live together after the said marriage ceremony?

Marriage till now needs no compulsory registration. If your wife threatens you to file Domestic Violence case or Maintenance case then you have to file divorce case compulsorily. Otherwise go for mutual divorce and it will take 8 to 18 months and cost you Rs. Twenty Five Thousand to Rs. Seventy Five Thousand.
