Regarding taking divorce from my wife

on the above mentioned query the legal opinion from my side is as per Hindu Marriage Act if wife is not ready to live with her in laws and quarreling sometimes with her husband in this regard , is the absolute reason for divorce . if you want for divorce this is the absolute reason and the court consider your request .

your wife don't want to live with your parents as you want to go to hometown due to Covid Situation. you want to do business but your wife is not ready to shift there. she always gives threats that she will get suicide .you had 1 daughter and want to make her career. for that we need to discuss your case
