Regarding summon for 498A. 323 and 506 in 2020 against me at Hyd.

After my marriage, wife started to demand a fixed portion from my salary. I am paying taking care of are household need. She is also working that time. She has approx 70 lakh in her account and I have loan of 70 lakh. Finally He filled 498A. 323 and 506 in 2020 against me. She is threating to make my life hell and still demanding for 25K per month for settlement while staying my house, and I am living in rented house for last 4 years. I got summon and now I have to appear in L.B nagar court hyde

hi first need to see the contents of the complaint and the ingredients of the offences and that if it is filed with all false allegations and that you could file quash petition and defend it in lower court also
